Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- A flat-rate return shipping fee will be applicable.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were shipped.
- All original tags must be intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of damage, alteration, missing tags, or excessive wear.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not applicable for:
- FINAL SALE items
- Products purchased or claimed during Live sales
- Any kind of Sale or Discounted items
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us without delay.
